Thank you for a WONDERFUL stay on holidays. Whatever you need is this newly furnished and fashionable room with big Windows, a normal separate bathroom plus nice furnishings. The decoration is modern.

We discovered great prices here and it was a unique spot for exploring, we had a lot of fun and the staff was fantastic.

the location of the hotel was nice - just a short stroll away from hauptplatz. the breakfast was sensational and complete with made-to-order eggs, the fruit juices plus champagne.

This place is well-designed and fairly clean with a great view of the castle, featuring stylish and modern rooms with wooden furniture, making it a great choice for a trip.

Beautiful hotel in a fantastic city centre location with all Linz has to offer on the doorstep. Rooms are not massive but immaculately appointed, would reccomend to anyone and will definitely use again.

Excellent art-deco hotel with modern and new furniture. Great services, decent breakfast.

Beware if you travel with US debit cards only, the hotel will not be able to process them. If such problems arise, you can always pay cash after a quick visit to some local ATMs.

Overall, had a nice time during my holiday stay here. 🌟 the restaurant was conveniently located close by, making it easy for us to grab a bite to eat.

The location of the hotel is excellent, with easy access to the Ars Electronica Center, train station, and city center. You can conveniently whisk yourself to the train station or explore the many shops nearby. the rooms are clean and comfortable, with modern bathrooms and transparent showers for a unique touch. the staff provides nice service, ensuring a pleasant stay. the breakfast offers a variety of choices, giving you a good start to your day.

The traffic noise from the main roads adjacent to the hotel can be quite disruptive, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

The hotel felt very open & clean, with very modern internal design giving it a real 21st century appearance. The staff were always considerate & friendly, and usually smiling. There was a computer available in the foyer for the use of all guests - I found that most helpful. Air conditioning in the bedroom was a god-send, especially on the 7th floor where it can become exceptionally hot !

The room price !

The staff here were all fantastic. It's a comfy 4-star spot. 🌟 Parking is right here on-site, which is convenient. A great home base for a vacation around here.

I went to Linz to see ARS electronica festival,so Spitz Hotel is very good loction to go ARScenter in about 5min.and also near shopping area over bridge in about 10min. Stuffs were very kind and had hospitalities and good smiles,almost every stuffs ware so. and there are nice Space Design and goods in the room,also Good ART(mine was about lentos-museum) !
